At Down Island we are driven by technique and like to let the ingredients speak for themselves! The staple Gulf seafood selections you will always find on our menu are fish, oysters, shrimp and crab. Our menu features elevated regional favorites, including wood-fired dishes in our Italian brick pizza oven, fresh & chilled raw bar selections, and stellar non-seafood options for land lovers. Since we strive to make everything from-scratch, many of our menu items can be modified to fit any guest's dietary needs. Needless to say, there's something for everyone Down Island!
