Down Island can accommodate private parties of up to 50 people (40 seated max) in our upstairs dining space, Ocean’s Loft. This space is handicap accessible by elevator and also features a separate bar, bathroom and exterior entrance/stairwell. Ocean’s Loft, as well as the entire restaurant, is available to be rented out for one of the most competitive rates in town! Perfect for wedding party rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthdays, anniversary parties and more!
