Down Island can accommodate private parties of up to 45 people in our upstairs dining space, Ocean’s Loft. This space is handicap accessible by elevator and also features a separate bar, bathroom and exterior entrance/stairwell. Ocean’s Loft, as well as the entire restaurant, is available to be rented out for one of the most competitive rates in town!
